解決Dynamic Performance Tables not accessible方法

今天在ADF開發過程中，使用到了用於統計的Graph相關組件，運行程式時出現了一些莫名其妙的錯誤，去查詢Weblogic日誌中的錯誤，發現是資料庫的問題，使用pl/sql developer運行用於統計的的SQL語句，果然有錯，在使用ADF資料庫連接使用者串連後第一次運行改SQL時報出了Dynamic Performance Tables not accessible錯誤，以下是找到的解決辦法：

 

step 1:
SQL> alter system set o7_dictionary_accessibility=true scope=spfile;
重啟oracle使之生效

step 2:
SQL> grant create any table to 使用者;

step3：
SQL> grant select any table to 使用者;
