以CGI方式運行PHP，PHP_CGI____PHP

如不想設定根目錄（“/”）的允許許可權（Allow from all）
可以只設定php-cgi.exe的目錄為允許訪問：
<Directory "D:/php5/">
    allow from all
</Directory>
否則運行時會有如下錯誤提示： Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /php5/php-cgi.exe/t.php on this server.

這說明apache沒有對php-cgi.exe的存取權限。
註：該方法適用於php5.1.X、php5.2.X及php5.3.0，php4.X及以前版本未進行測試。
