servlet中文亂碼問題

一、中文亂碼問題
1.參數如果是以Post方式傳遞過來的，直接調用request.setCharacterEncoding(/* 編碼格式 */)
2、參數以get方式傳遞過來，使用param = getParameter(name)獲得參數，然後使用param.getBytes(/* 編碼格式 */)，最後使用String的構造方法new String(byte[],String/* 編碼格式 */)獲得需要的字串
3.如果超連結中出現中文，則需要使用URLEncoder.encode(Strings s, String enc)進行編碼，否則超連結不正常
4.伺服器端傳遞資料到用戶端可以在五個地方設定編碼格式
  (1)、<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
  (2)、<%@ pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
  (3)、response.setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8")
  (4)、response.setContentType("text/html;charset=utf-8")
  (5)、開啟server.xml中的連接器(connector中的URIEncoding="指定編碼");
