設定檔

學習emacs，因為蘋果上的編碼使用unicode，所以配置emacs的編碼為gb2312。查資料瞭解了一些中文編碼的知識。

emacs的設定檔:

切換當前buffer的編碼

使用c-x RET r，可以改變當前開啟檔案的編碼，這是個很方便的功能，不過有了unicad之後，這個估計就用得少了。

用C-x RET f轉換當前檔案的編碼。
