在Rprofile.site檔案中設定R的鏡像網站

好像R的官方網站被牆了,導致每次通過install.packages安裝包都出現錯誤

可以再Rprofile.site檔案中設定國內的鏡像網站.

Windows中該檔案在C:\Program Files\R\R-2.9.2\etc目錄中,(這是我的安裝位置,僅供參考)

按下面修改

 local({r <- getOption("repos")
       r["CRAN"] <- "http://cran.csdb.cn/"
       options(repos=r)}
