     安裝完sharepoint foundation2013後，直接通過url訪問管理中心,想進application management去建立的話會發現建立按鈕是灰色的，即使你用的是系統管理員帳號並且是安裝sharepoint的帳號也是無濟於事的

    要解決這個問題，只要開啟開始程式,找到sharepint 管理中心右擊以管理員方式開啟,OK建立按鈕可用了。
