SharePoint表單和工作流程-Nintex篇（二）

試用版獲得的樣本網站是一個SharePoint 2010 Server版的網站，我們先來看一下Nintex整個一套解決方案大致做了哪些東西到SharePoint上。

首先看右上方的個人菜單那裡，點擊使用者顯示名顯示出下拉式功能表，可以看到兩個Nintex的菜單“Register with Nintex Live”和“Nintex Workflow 2010”菜單組（包括“Manage Notification Preferences”和“Task Delegation”）。

我們先來看看第一個“Register with Nintex Live”

這裡有功能的介紹：註冊了Nintex Live之後，就可以從Nintex Mobile apps串連到SharePoint而不需要VPN，也可以用微軟賬戶註冊。看起來是一個為了使用手機APP的功能。

“Nintex Workflow 2010”->“Manage Notification Preferences”

這個是用於設定個人業務工作流程的提醒方式，分為兩個部分：上班時間提醒方式和下班時間提醒方式，可以設定成Email提醒或簡訊SMS提醒，如果設定SMS提醒，則需要填寫一個手機號。這裡的功能涉及到郵件發送功能和簡訊發送功能。

“Nintex Workflow 2010”->“Task Delegation”

任務委託，顧名思義，這個功能是設定某個時期內把使用者個人的任務委派給另一個人的功能。

這裡選擇人的時候如果瀏覽進行選擇就會報錯，直接敲入然後去識別的話可以，我試著建立了一個委託。

再看看網站設定裡面，有一個Nintex Workflow 2010的菜單組。

這裡面有Nintex Workflow 2010的一些操作，可以管理網站工作流程，查看工作流程記錄，為網站工作流程做計劃，管理可重用工作流程模版，管理網站集合可重用工作流程模版（與前者的Scope不同），系統管理使用者定義操作。

進入到網站設定裡，還可以看到有一組Nintex的設定選項。

這裡面有訊息模版，LazyApproval設定，工作流程模版，允許的工作流程設計者，管理允許的動作，計劃工作流程，工作流程集，管理工作流程常量，管理假期，工作流程變更批准，系統管理使用者定義操作，管理工作流程曆史列表，工作流程錯誤提醒，清理工作流程資料和查看報告操作。

解釋一下什麼是LazyApproval，這裡有一段英文解釋

The LazyApproval feature of Nintex Workflow enables approvals or rejections of an item to be registered when the approver replies to the notification email with a permitted word or phrase. That word or phrase is recognized and interpreted by the system as 'Approve' or 'Deny' and applied to the item in the workflow. LazyApproval is not automatically enabled at the time of installation, it has to be manually enabled. For more information, please refer to the Managing LazyApproval settings. The LazyApproval feature is used in conjunction with the Request Approval and Request Data workflow actions. At the time of configuring the workflow action, the designer needs to check the box "Allow LazyApproval". Also note, LazyApproval ONLY works when the delivery method selected is Email.

大致的意思就是啟用了LazyApproval（我們叫懶人審批吧）模式之後，審批者可以定義批准和拒絕的短語在郵件中使用，以達到快捷審批的效果（前提是使用郵件的方式來提醒）。
