emctl start dbconsole啟動失敗的解決辦法
故障現象：
啟動emctl start dbconsole報錯，<rmi-server port= is erroneous.
解決辦法：
啟動資料庫，執行
$oracle@wonder:~> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate

oracle@wonder:~> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
