最新版ADT建立項目報錯解決辦法（三），adt建立項目

自從在Google官網下載了最新版的ADT，版本號碼version：23.0.2.1259578，整合版的（adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140702.rar）。筆者就走上了與報錯鬥爭的道路，建立項目時總無故報錯，提示內容為：

最近筆者發現一個新方法，建立項目時，編譯平台只要選擇4.X（API 21）即可不報錯，或者在appcompat_v7工程右鍵Peropeties屬性選擇Android，平台選擇21也同樣結果，提示報錯資源檔可正常載入，當然你的得實現更新了你的SDK,更新失敗的朋友可以移步：《SDK更新失敗：Fetching URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/...failed解決方案》。
