android.view.ViewRoot$CalledFromWrongThreadException的解決辦法

android 是不允許子線程直接更新UI的，如果一定要在子線程直接更新UI就會出現android.view.ViewRoot$CalledFromWrongThreadException: Only the original thread that created a view hierarchy can touch its views.大概意思就是說 只有原來建立找個視圖hierarchy的線程才可以修改修改它。

我的解決辦法是使用Activity.runOnUiThread(Runnable)，可以將更新UI的代碼寫在Runnable中，這樣如果當前的線程是UI線程會直接運行，如果不是UI線程，會將Runnable樣本發送至 UI線程中的MessageQuene中
