Android開發環境搭建時遇到問題的解決方案 錯誤1：The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.

最終解決方案：cmd中adb kill-server，然後adb start-server
之後出現另一個錯誤：adb server is out of date. killing...解決方案： adb nodaemon server 查看adb server的連接埠號碼，
然後netstat -ano|findstr "5037" 查看該連接埠對應的進程pid，
最後在工作管理員中結束該pid對應的進程，然後adb start-server
