解決Windows x64bit環境下無法使用PLSQL Developer串連到Oracle DB中的問題

 

背景：PLSQL Developer沒有64bit的版本，因此，只能通過32bit的Oracle Client串連。

知識點一：

Oracle 32-bit Client on Windows 64-bit OS will be registered under hyve key 'Wow6432Node' like:---------------------------------------------------------HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ORACLE\KEY_<Oracle Home Name>
