hibernate+struts+mysql有關utf8亂碼問題的解決。

1、編寫項目相關文字檔時，統一採用utf-8的編碼方式，無論是java源檔案還是jsp檔案等。

2、編寫一個編碼轉換過濾器類，完成編碼轉換：

request.setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8");
  chain.doFilter(request,response);
  response.setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8");

 

3、為hibernate.cfg.xml添加如下屬性：

<property name="connection.useUnicode">true</property>
  <property name="connection.characterEncoding">utf-8</property>

4、設定mysql資料庫的編碼為utf-8 ，即需要如下步驟：

a、my.ini檔案中添加   default-character-set=GBK

b、庫、表、欄位的編碼都必須是utf-8的編碼。
