脫離新手文檔使用SQLAlchemy配置sqlite,才發現sqlite的URI指定有點特別.

　注意Windows下sqlite後是三道杠. 因為比較常見的是linux下的配置文檔,所以很容易誤解為正常的配置就是四道杠. 實際的URI格式應為sqlite:///{$path}.
