編譯環境為eclipse。
首先在jsp頁面中作如下設定：
<% String path = request.getContextPath(); String basePath = request.getScheme()+"://" + request.getServerName() + ":" + request.getServerPort() + path + "/"; %>
這樣就可以獲得你所在項目的目錄，如你項目名為 TestStruts2，則 basePath 的值為: http://localhost:8080/TestStruts2/。
然後，在你的jsp頁面中可以這樣寫：
<form action="<%=basePath %>CharacterEncoding_add" method="post"> name:<input size="20" name="name"/><br> <input type="submit" value="submit">
或者也可以是這樣的jsp：
<body> <a href="<%=basePath %>index.jsp">index.jsp</a> </body>
這樣，只要struts的設定檔正確，struts設定檔就可以知道調用哪個 action了，就可以知道轉向哪個頁面了。
