在實際工作中經常會碰到NTFS檔案夾使用權限設定的問題，比如：

即使你賦予某使用者full control並向子檔案夾繼承仍會出現access denied的情況，如：

出現此情況的原因是由於賦權使用者(如網域系統管理員、本地管理員)沒有某些子檔案夾的full control或owner許可權。

解決方案步驟：

1）將賦權使用者的許可權（經常是Owner許可權）傳遞到子檔案夾。Properties-Security-Owner-Replace owner on subcontainers and objects

2）此時賦權使用者已擷取所有子檔案夾的owner許可權，然後賦予被賦權使用者相應許可權並傳遞到子檔案夾。
