這裡說下ord， 可以作為atoi來用，功能是若給定的參數是一個長度為1的字串，那麼若參數是Unicode對象，則返回對應的整數，若為8-bit的string，則返回對應的值。

python的協助文檔裡舉例：

For example, ord('a') returns the integer 97, ord(u'\u2020') returns 8224
