$./configure --with-oci8=/app/oracle/product/9.2.0 --with-apache=../apache_1.3.27 --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql --enable-track-vars --with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib --with-iconv=/usr/local  --enable-mbstring=all
$make
$make install
$cp -f php.ini-dist /usr/local/lib/php.ini
$cd ..

$cd apache_1.3.27
$./configure --prefix=/usr/local/APACHE --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a
