問題：

Today when I tried to add Web Service to My WPF application I was getting following error: 

"The components required to enumerate Web references are not installed on this computer. Please re-install Visual Studio"

解決方案：

Run

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\Common7\IDE\Devenv /ResetSkipPkgs" , it worked for me

備忘：VS2008是安裝在C盤的，如果你安裝在其他位置，注意切換。此問題發生在vsual studio 2008
