struts2 get方式傳中文亂碼

解決方案1：

若使用tomcat， 開啟server.xml， 找到如下， 加下URIEncoding="UTF-8", 大概在50行左右

這種方法比較簡單， 但是依賴於web容器， 不知道化成其他容器後會不會還有類似的設定？

    <Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"                connectionTimeout="20000"                redirectPort="8443" URIEncoding="UTF-8" />

解決方案2：

通過指定編碼構造一個新的字串， 但這種方法用於post會出現問題，問題在於getBytes中的字元編碼

post預設不是用“ISO-8859-1”的所以以下方法是用在post傳值中是不可取的

condition = new String(condition.getBytes("ISO-8859-1"), "utf-8");

解決方案3：（網上的思路是這樣的， 但我試了下不行？）

添加filter， 對參數進行處理
