[Tips] Ajax error: Access to restricted URI denied

在ajax調用時出現Access to restricted URI denied的錯誤，需要檢查：

1、是否跨站訪問？參考下這個討論：

2、如果是本地資源訪問，那麼在windows機器上需要注意windows的檔案路徑是不能用來當作web服務路徑的。

檢查web根目錄，檢查URI是否是相對於web根目錄的相對路徑並可訪問（包括使用者權限）
