　　必然有人會產生疑問：前面urllib2後面httplib？沒錯，我比較渣，所以實際上是在亮叔的版本上面改的，同樣是濃鬱的C風格……

     使用環境是windows 瀏覽器是chrome #應該沒什麼關係吧

　　使用方法是開始輸入網址，然後輸入刷入次數，慢慢等吧，只要不是網速太過變態，一般一秒可以刷一票
