tomcat到apache php 的編碼轉換__編碼

 

伺服器本地編碼：GBK
response 編碼：ISO-8859-1(tomcat伺服器預設response 編碼ISO-8859-1)
輸出：GBK->ISO-8859-1
正確方法：
1、改變response編碼 response.setCharacterEncoding("GBK");
2、String result = new String(str.getByte("GBK"),"ISO-8859-1");

輸入：
1、如果response 是 ISO-8859-1：ISO-8859-1->GBK(這步是PHP自動的)
2、如果response 是 GBK：GBK->GBK(這步是PHP自動的)
php頁面本身的編碼：UTF-8
正確方法 GBK->UTF-8：mb_convert_encoding(file_get_contents($url),"UTF-8","GBK");
