抓 console 時間資訊的工具 grabserial

因為使用到 grabserial ，這裡記錄一下，以後備查。

grabserial 是一個 python 的工具，可以獲得 console 上輸出資訊的時間，用來檢查某些功能的執行時間，很管用。
