癥狀：
在windows下安裝 11.2.0.3的prerequisite  檢查時，有下面的報錯：

原因:
bug 13464164

解決方案：
安裝11.2.0.4即可，因為在11.2.0.4上，已經fix了該bug

或者

11.2.0.3時的變通方法：

1. 啟用c$的隱含共用
2. 在註冊表的如下位置啟用下面的參數：

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\ParametersParameter: AutoShareServer

設定該參數值為1

3. 重試安裝
