目標：
在如下的情況下是很有用的：
--備份時間增加的檢查時
--未來的備份空間需求
--Filling grade of a datafile.

解決方案：
可以從RC_BACKUP_DATAFILE 或者 V$BACKUP_DATAFILE中去查詢。

BLOCKS 列是被backed up 的block的數量(即：參與備份的block的數量)
DATAFILE_BLOCKS  列是 該datafile中總共的block的數量。
