癥狀：
在cluster環境中，不同的Oracle Home下運行著不同而database


一個資料庫的health check file (hc_<sid>.dat) 檔案被其他Oracle Home下的執行個體所使用。

hc_<SID>.dat files is shared with other databases' instances. 這個現象在Oracle Restart/SIHA node中也會發生。


變更：
Out-of-place 遷移。


在經過Out-of-place 的升級之後，舊的檔案系統不能被unmount掉，原因是它還在使用中。
在 老的 ORACLE_HOME/dbs 目錄下的 檔案 hc_<instance_name>.dat 被其他執行個體的很多進程鎖定。

which is duplicate of unpublished bug 12792223.
 
解決方案：
應用補丁：12792223.


該bug 在11.2.0.4以及更高版本中被解決。
