升級到Oracle Linux 7.5之後無法啟動作業系統

Oracle Linux 7.5 upgrade from Oracle Linux 7.4 Cause

Upgrading Oracle Linux 7.4 to Oracle Linux 7.5 with yum update results in unbootable system due to missing initrd16 entry in /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

To reproduce:

- Start with a (minimal) OracleLinux7.4, UEK4 only (no RHCK), kernel NOT up-to-date
- Run yum update
- Verify /boot/grub2/grub.cfg, initrd16 is missing Solution

 Workaround to avoid the problem.

- Proactive: Upgrade kernel before migrating to OracleLinux7.5 (yum update kernel-uek)
