許多電腦支援從網路喚醒,這樣的電腦一般從網卡驅動裡選擇啟用Wake up功能,選擇Magic Packet啟動即可。
比如,我的Atheros網卡就是支援的:
選好這個之後,再記錄下網卡的MAC地址,可以使用getmac命令,或者ipconfig。
然後在同區域網路另一台電腦上使用Magic Packet Sender軟體發包,即可啟動電腦。
Magic Packet的包格式很簡單,理論上可以在任意網路封包中打包Magic Packet,不過一般選擇UDP或IPX。
Magic Packet的格式是,首先包含六個FF,然後是重複十六次待喚醒電腦的MAC。比如的封包,就應該是這樣:

所以,它的編碼實現是很簡單的,下面附上我自己寫的Magic Packet發包程式:

注意:處於關機狀態的網卡,如果啟用了WOL功能,此時網卡的MAC和IP都是處於維護(Active)狀態的。即從區域網路上其它機器的角度,這台電腦是Active的。
