extern C的使用

每個函數都有一個標識，C語言和C++對函數的標識是不同的。

今天在C++程式裡面調用GeoIP（用C寫的la靜態庫）裡面的ip->as映射函數的時候，直接就可以調用，挺奇怪的，一看h檔案裡面有
