利用oracle rownum讓表排序欄位值連續

1、需求說明

表（eval_index）中有欄位如下：

表欄位	描述	說明
ID	主鍵
GROUP_ID	分組編號
SORT_NUM	排序序號	按照分值編號並排序:1、2、…

由於刪除或其他動作，導致sort_num序號不連續；需要不改變原來的排序，保持其編號連續。

2、利用rownum功能實現
