Use PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE To Limit User，productprofile
The PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE (PUP) table provides product-level security that supplements the user-level security provided by the SQL GRANT and REVOKE commands and user roles. To create the PUP table, log in to SQL*Plus as the SYSTEM user and run PUPBLD.SQL which is located in the ORACLE_HOME\SQLPLUS\ADMIN directory with:

select * from user limit 0, 10;

只使用於mysql的分頁,SqlServer一般是用top來分頁，oracle是用Rownum來進行分頁
 
select * from user imit 1,3;其中limit 1,3什意思

select * from table limit m,n
其中m是指記錄開始的index，從0開始，表示第一條記錄
n是指從第m+1條開始，取n條。

樓上大哥冒失這句有問題：
select * from tablename limit 10,20 --這語句是擷取從第11條開始，取20條 應該是 11~30條
從第11條到31條（共計21條 吧）O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
