PDA–Windows CE平台下實現對網路攝影機拍照和視頻錄製操作

以下為Windows CE平台下對PDA等移動終端裝置網路攝影機進行操作的執行個體，可以實對網路攝影機的調用，拍照或者錄製視頻後自動儲存到制定路徑。
