VB6位元運算

    這幾天在網上看到幾篇關於VB位元運算符的文章，有篇文章叫《VB移位元運算函數》的，代碼不僅繁瑣、效率低，而且存在漏洞，在網上被四處轉載，有些誤人子弟。為此，寫了幾個關於VB位元運算的函數，以供大家學習交流：
