visual studio 2012 無法啟動IIS Express伺服器

查看了一下事件檢視器裡面的日誌，

（右鍵“我的電腦——管理——事件檢視器--自訂視圖--管理事件--事件屬性”）錯誤為：

“不能為 [::]:1347 綁定到下面的傳輸。IP 僅偵聽列表可能包含到一個介面的引用，該介面在此電腦上不存在。資料欄位包含錯誤號碼。 “ 

錯誤原因是連接埠號碼被佔用了

修改visual  studio  項目屬性--Web--使用IIS Express--項目URL  項目啟動的連接埠號碼

修改後，IIS Express 伺服器正常啟動
