Visual Studio 2013 無法啟動 IIS Express 的解決辦法

關於 ASP.NET Web 程式開發伺服器、本地 IIS和 IIS Express 的區別，請參見《VS2013無法啟動IIS Express Web的解決辦法》，此文章最後提到的部分，即是本文所列問題的解決方案。Visual Studio 2013 雖然整合安裝了 IIS Express 8.0，但是並未安裝 WebMatrix ，本文所列的問題就是此問題造成的。解決辦法：

1.下載最新版本的 Microsoft Web Platform Installer 5.0。

2.在組件列表中選擇最新版本的 WebMatrix 3.0，Windows Azure PowerShell 安裝重啟後即可正常使用 IIS Express 調試項目了。
