wamp環境上如果運行OEcms模板

求助：wamp環境下如果運行OEcms模板？
我的環境：
Server Configuration

Apache Version :
2.2.8
PHP Version :
5.2.6

MySQL Version :
5.0.51b

運行OEcms-v3.1_R1115下upload檔案夾裡的index.php提示錯誤：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

請問怎麼樣才能在wamp環境下運行OEcms呢？我是新手，初學php，自己也沒有伺服器空間可以上傳，只能在本機測試，希望大蝦們指點一二

php 先開啟錯誤提示功能，其次一個可能大多數的cms還需要做個安裝的過程，具體需要查看他們提供的文檔，畢竟資料庫肯定是要建立的
