注意點

1.如果指定了configSource，就以外部檔案為準，web.config中connectionStrings下面的節點配置就無效了，即使web.config中connectionStrings下面的串連串節點沒有刪除掉也是無效的。

2.外部檔案的根節點必須與web.config中指定的節點相同(其實就是將該節點的配置移到外部檔案中)

3.一個節點只能指定一個外部設定檔，不能將多個節點的外部檔案指定為同一個，如不能將connectionStrings與appSettings的configSource指定為同一個檔案。
