經常看到軟體公司發布 Premium Edition 的套裝軟體產品，與所謂的標準版(Standard Edition)相對應。如大名鼎鼎的Adobe公司近期在中國發布的Adobe
Creative Suite 2 簡體中文版就分為 Standard Edition 和 Premium Edition 兩個套裝。一直誤以為 Premium Edition 就是專業版本。其實不然，Premium並沒有專業的意思。今日查了查網上詞典，小結如下：

可見 Premium Edition 是指提供了比標準版更多組件的套裝版本，並不涉及軟體本身功能的多少。Adobe Creative Suite 2 簡體中文版 Premium Edition就比 Standard Edition 多包含 Acrobat
7 Professioal 和 GoLive CS2 兩個組件。由於此套裝通常比分別購買在價格上更優惠一些，所以似可譯成“優惠版”或“特惠版”。
