什麼是“沙箱”

現實中的沙箱，是一種兒童網具，類如KFC中一個裝滿小球的容器，兒童可以在隨意玩耍，起到保護兒童的作用。也可以理解為一種安全環境。

電腦安全領域的沙箱，就是也是指一種安全環境。程式在這個安全環境中運行，不允許這個程式對我的電腦做壞事。

現實中的沙箱是為了保護兒童的，而電腦安全領域的沙箱好像是為了防止小孩打壞電視而設定的籠子。

例如：Chrome支援多標籤瀏覽，每個標籤頁面都在獨立的“沙箱”（Sand Box）內運行，在提高安全性的同時，一個標籤頁面的崩潰也不會導致其他標籤頁面被關閉。
