當字數（如：標題字數）過多時用…代替

1.首先需要引入如下標籤

2.實現：

<c:if test='${fn:length(x.title)>18}'>${fn:substring(x.title,0,18)}...</c:if><c:if test='${fn:length(x.title)<=18}'>${x.title}</c:if>

說明：x表示一個對象。18表示title顯示的最大長度，注意：要按照漢字來算，unicode編碼字元和漢字都是佔用兩個位元組，而漢字的顯示要比字元寬。
