使用pfile 啟動oracle 執行個體時，啟動失敗---db_recovery_file_dest參數值在os上不存在。

ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated
ORA-01262: Stat failed on a file destination directory

nomount時，會進行必要的參數檢查，檢查不通過，nomount會不成功。
而且檢查不通過，相關的錯誤資訊僅僅會在sqlplus中輸出，不會再alert裡邊輸出。
