windows + python3.5.2 + anaconda3 + dlib 安裝配置

首先下載boost庫，根據提示：
1)運行 bootstrap.bat.  產生三個檔案，其中包括b2
  --  bootstrap.bat
2）運行b2
  --     b2 install
3) 利用b2編譯庫檔案
 --     b2 -a --with-python address-model=64 toolset=msvc runtime-link=static
這裡遇到些問題， address-model=64參數設定出現問題，後改成32則成功。
4)設定變數
    --     set BOOST_ROOT=C:\local\boost_1_57_0
    --     set BOOST_LIBRARYDIR=C:\local\boost_1_57_0\stage\lib
將這兩個變數設定到到Path變數中: %BOOST_ROOT%;%BOOST_LIBRARYDIR%
5)然後運行pip install dlib
成功
Successfully installed dlib-19.1.0
