沒遇到
1、請換成WIN7平台
2、使用Integration Environment包如WAMP
無解 以前在win2003下屢次碰到過
Disabled use of AcceptEx() WinSock2 API
加了那個參數 但是不加的話沒多久記憶體就崩潰了...
linux 是王道 一年不用重啟...哈哈哈

httpd.conf裡調整一下MaxRequestsPerChild，太大 太小都會造成死機，
windows下不會計算，linux下可以這樣做:
cat /proc/PIDHERE/status | grep VmRSS
返回一個數值，比如VmRSS: 204800 kB
然後如果ram = 4g, 4GB * 1024 * 1024 = 4,194,304 KB.
4194304 KB / 204800 KB = 20 processes
PS: 有些linux版本，直接用 cat /proc/PIDHERE/status， 然後找到VmRSS這一行。

真心沒有遇到過...還是php、mysql、apache一個一個分布安裝吧...各個問題能把握到...不過Linux+Nginx 真心好用...
是否是你程式執行的問題。
也遇到過這樣的問題，各種測試，win7、win2003、win2008，自已配置的，整合套件wamp等，
最後還是認為apache在windows下的線程並發處理沒有做好。
後來改用visual-nmp(nginx整合套件)解決了。
apache在windows下根本就不能用，只能用於開發，
在windows下架設php還是用nginx比較好。用visual-nmp架設的，壓力測試一下還行。
檢查設定檔中的路徑
