Windows Azure Mobile Services

微軟對外發布了Windows Azure Mobile Services,便捷地儲存結構化資料、整合於使用者帳號驗證、推播通知等情境。通過這個服務平台，開發人員可以給自己的Windows 8應用程式添加雲端服務後台：將資料存放區到雲端運算伺服器上、驗證使用者和向用戶端發送推播通知都變得更為容易。和其他雲端運算後台服務解決方案一樣，Windows Azure Mobile Services平台可以使得開發人員更加專註於前端研發，加快產品融入市場的速度。提供了一個getting started tutorial 讓你在5分鐘內熟悉Mobile Service。

Windows Azure Mobile Services是由一組REST API組成，雖然目前微軟只提供了Windows8的sdk，也非常容易的開發其他ios，android的sdk。有人（Chris Risner:-)把一個簡單的 iOS 用戶端。其實已經有一個MonoTouch的待辦事項清單的例子Tasky，使用蘋果的iCloud的儲存。也有人借鑒Tasky的代碼寫了一個 TaskyAzure code用的就是這個Windows Azure Mobile Services。
