windows安裝IIS及Framework後無法訪問.net頁面解決方案

XP先安裝了VS 2003，後工作需要，要調試.net網站，安裝了IIS，不過安裝完成後無法正常訪問.net頁面

查看系統日誌，發現如下錯誤 引用 事件類型:  錯誤 事件來源:  ASP.NET 1.1.4322.0 事件種類:  無 事件 ID:  1084 日期:    2006-10-18 事件:    21:54:43 使用者:    N/A 電腦:  JYM 描述: aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is 80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation directory allow access to the configured account.

　　查了網上相關資料，指出可能是asp.net使用者權限問題，馬上查看"管理工具"裡的“電腦管理”，轉到“使用者”，發現aspnet使用者被停用，馬上開啟，這個時候注意要重啟web服務，可以使用iisreset命令。然後問題就順利解決。
