Windows Live Writer安裝問題解決方案

前段時間我的Windows Live Writer安裝一直有問題，裝不上，因為太忙也就沒管它..今天Search了一下，發現mser自己給出了方法，我用的第一種方法，解決了

記錄以備忘。

Windows Live Betas 產品安裝有問題？別急！

自從上周我們同時發布了Windows Live Messenger 8.5、Windows Live Mail Beta、Windows Live Writer Beta2之後，我們收到了許多使用者的反饋告知在安裝和使用時發生了錯誤。現在，我們的Windows Live Team Dev已經查明了原因並發布了一個卸載工具和問題解決方案。下面我們就來教大家如何處理遇到的問題！

現象1：安裝失敗

當您試圖安裝時，安裝程式還沒完成時會自動消失。

可能引起的原因：

一般是使用者在之前安裝過其他語言Windows Live Writer, Windows Live Mail 或 Windows Live Messenger造成的（即使卸載了之前的版本）。

告訴我如何解決：

1. 在案頭建立名為"Log Files"的檔案夾。
2. 複製3個Log檔案到剛才建立的檔案夾。

   Windows XP (SP2) 使用者的檔案位置:

   • C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/WindowsLiveInstaller/logs
   • C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/WindowsLiveInstaller/MsiLogs
   • C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/WLInstaller

     Windows Vista使用者的檔案位置:

   • C:/programdata/WindowsLiveInstaller/logs
   • C:/programdata/WindowsLiveInstaller/MsiLogs
   • C:/programdata/WLInstaller
3. 下載：Windows Live Betas 卸載工具
4. 下載後得到WL-Beta-remove.zip檔案，解壓縮後得到WL-Beta-Remove.cmd
5. 雙擊運行WL-Beta-Remove.cmd，然後重新安裝Windows Live Betas即可

現象2：運行時掛起問題

對於某些使用者，雙擊Windows Live Writer Beta2程式後，程式無響應。在工作管理員中會看到，顯示一個svchost.exe進程的CPU佔用率達到近100%

可能引起的原因：

這是由於當Windows Live Writer Beta2啟動時，Windows Live Setup Service會自動檢查更新，但某些情況下，檢查更新會引起上述癥狀

告訴我如何解決：

1. Win+R熱鍵
2. 輸入 "cmd" ，斷行符號
3. 在命令提示行視窗輸入以下命令：
   • net stop "Windows Live Setup Service"
   • 斷行符號 
   • sc config "Windows Live Setup Service" start=disabled
   • 斷行符號
4. 關閉所有正在啟動並執行程式
5. 重啟動您的機器
6. 重新運行使用Windows Live Writer Beta

現象3：如果在安裝中出現如下提示：

“未能完成Windows Live 安裝。
請確保電腦沒有以安全模式運行，並且已經安裝了Windows Installer 3.1或更高版本，然後重試。若要獲得Windows Installer 的最新版本，請訪問Windows 更新網站，並安裝所有關鍵的更新。”

告訴我如何解決：

1. 請先至Microsoft下載中心下載Windows Installer 3.1
2. 重新運行安裝程式即可
