[黎波blog] 經常有朋友想學習 Windows Mobile 開發，體驗移動開發的樂趣，但不知道從哪裡下載各種開發工具和學習資料。於是我整理了一個列表，裡麵包含了各個版本的 Windows Mobile SDK, .NET Compact Framework, SQL Server CE, Device Emulator, Emulator Image 和學習資料的下載連結。
