路徑：H:\xampp\mysql\bin\my.ini.php

開啟my.ini,在[mysqld]下面添加

skip-external-locking
skip-name-resolve
skip-grant-tables

停止mysql ->開啟xwamp的shell可以輸入命令，如下

然後重新登入 ok,成功
