Windows Phone 8.1商店啟動協議

最近開發wp8.1已經兩個月了,感覺坑不少,原來8時代的商店api多明了,微軟不給封裝就算了,至少你要在msdn上明顯的地方標註下啊...................順便在吐槽下bing,找了一個下午沒找到有用的資料,最起碼你也整合一下 微軟生態的資料啊..................

前面純屬吐槽可以略過.................

下面正題,其實就是第三方啟動協議,只是我們不知道啟動協議的標準罷了....................
